Ride for Diane, a benefit motorcyle ride for families battling cancer

The Third Annual "Ride for Diane", July 31, 2005

Jacob Curtis The Third Annual "Ride for Diane" on July 31, 2005 benefited two Carbondale Area High School students, Jacob Curtis and Brant Becker, with their medical expenses.

Jacob Curtis, an 18 year old Senior, is courageously battling brain cancer (germ cell cancer).

Brant Becker, a 16 year old 10th grade student, is courageously battling bone cancer (osteogenic sarcoma).

What A Great Ride - it was a huge success!

With just over 500 bikes, and over 800 people (riders and non-riders) at the party, we were impressed with the turnout! Everyone at Morrison's Grove did a great job with the party and all the food while Bigg Party Rock provided live entertainment.

Brant Becker And, we had a great group of volunteers to help us out!
