The 5th annual Ride For Diane was a huge success. We had approximately 700 motorcycles, and 1200 people in attendance. It turned out to be a great day, and when all the numbers were tallied, all of the bikers across NEPA raised $7000 for each family for a grand total of $21,000.
Registration location - This year we are registering at Carbondale
Area Jr. Sr. High School located on Route 6
in Carbondale.
Half-Way Point - JJ MACKS Tiki Bar - Honesdale
Ride Ending Location - This year we are back at where we
it all began. MORRISON'S GROVE on
Route 106, Carbondale PA.
Registration Time - Registration begins at 8:30 and the ride will
leave at 11:00 a.m. SHARP!
Ride Cost - $20.00 per person ( Ride, Door Prizes
Entertainment, and FOOD ( all you can eat)
Beneficiaries - This years ride will benefit 3 young children
who are all battling cancer:
Angelica Hoffman is a 13 year old from Equinunk PA who
is battling brain cancer.
Zackary Adamsky is a 19 month old from Mayfield PA who
is battling cancer of the abdomen.
Kara Cook is a 15 month old from East Lemon (near
Nicholson) who is battling brain cancer.
Entertainment - This year we are pumped to have 3 bands
volunteer their time to help out a great
cause. They are:
VIBELINE, UUU, and BLISS
Contests - We are bringing back the TATTOO contest and adding a BIKE contest and a
BURN-OUT PIT.
